• Verification. We visited each agency's own website in October 2026 to confirm it exists, what it offers, where it lists an address and whether it publishes pricing. Where details came only from third-party lists, we say so or leave them out.
• What we excluded. Agencies we could not verify on their own website, book-only ghostwriting firms, pure tools, and individual coaches without an agency offering.
• What we did not do. We did not hire these agencies, test their writing or speak to their clients. Logos and client claims on agency websites are self-reported; we do not repeat them as verified.
• No ranking. Agencies are grouped by the type of client each says it serves. Within the comparison table they are listed alphabetically.

For BFSI, fintech and finance leaders

The Wise Idiot (Mumbai). A content marketing agency whose site lists BFSI, SaaS, VC and fintech as its primary focus. Its LinkedIn ghostwriting page covers posts, articles, carousels and newsletters, profile optimization, graphics and analytics, with a stated client time commitment of under two hours a week. It is one of the few Indian agencies that publishes a price: ₹50,000 plus tax a month for LinkedIn ghostwriting, with custom packages available, and content marketing retainers from ₹80,000 plus tax (site).

BharatCXO (Mumbai). Not a ghostwriting agency in the usual sense. It describes itself as a media platform and community for India's C-suite, publishing the CXO Samvaad magazine and offering personal branding and PR for CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and founders (site). Worth a look if your goal is media visibility and peer standing alongside LinkedIn.

For B2B technology founders and CXOs

Moxie Digital (India). Describes itself as building founder-led content engines for B2B brands, especially SaaS founders, fintech executives and consulting partners. Its LinkedIn ghostwriting page describes a one-hour monthly interview, posts written for one buyer profile at a time, and reporting on DMs and profile visits rather than likes (site).

Midas Touch (Pune). A B2B content marketing firm that works only with technology companies, including AI, cloud, IoT and software services businesses. Its CXO branding program turns executives' expertise into thought leadership content, including LinkedIn (site). Best for leaders at mid-size IT services and tech product companies.

Luminary (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi). A LinkedIn personal branding firm for CXOs and founders that states it was established in 2026. Its site describes profile optimization, ghostwriting at 2 to 4 posts a week, and thought leadership positioning, with anonymized client examples from fintech, SaaS, VC and banking (site).

For founders, CXOs and doctors who want the full system handled

Gliped. A LinkedIn growth and personal branding agency founded by Prabal Lakhotiya, who the site says is a LinkedIn Top Voice for branding. Services listed include personal branding, LinkedIn profile design and optimization, social media management and growth work, with clients in the US, India, UAE and Canada (site). GrowedIn (Ahmedabad registered office). Offers LinkedIn ghostwriting, profile writing and branding for solopreneurs and executives, plus programs for enterprise teams covering thought leadership, employer branding and lead generation. Its site lists offices in Singapore, the USA, Bangalore, Delhi NCR and Dubai (site).

Ohh My Brand. A personal branding consultancy co-founded by Bhavik Sarkhedi and Sahil Gandhi, with a UK registered address and a strong presence in Indian founder circles. Services include personal branding consulting, LinkedIn reputation work, digital PR and thought leadership. It lists a one-time $900 "Complete Journey" package covering strategy, a LinkedIn revamp and website direction (site). A fit if you want a one-time brand overhaul rather than ongoing ghostwriting.

How to choose: a checklist

1. Define the goal first. Pipeline, hiring, fundraising, patients or speaking invitations. Each needs different content.
2. Match the agency to your industry. A BFSI leader, a deeptech founder and a dermatologist need different knowledge and different compliance awareness.
3. Check who writes. Meet the actual writer before you sign.
4. Read their writing, not their claims. Ask for three samples in a voice similar to yours.
5. Ask about AI in writing. Generic AI posts now carry real reach and reputation risk on LinkedIn.
6. Get scope in writing. Posts per week, formats, engagement, profile work, reporting, revisions.
7. Check terms. Minimum period, notice, content ownership, confidentiality, exclusivity.
