The short answer
Personal branding agencies serving Indian founders, CXOs and doctors in 2026 include BharatCXO, Bud, Gliped, GrowedIn, Jigsawkraft, Luminary, Ohh My Brand, Personal Branding Empire, Postlit Media and The Wise Idiot. Pick by model first: LinkedIn-led ghostwriting for pipeline, PR-led for media standing, healthcare marketing for patients. Most do not publish prices.
Disclosure
Postlit Media publishes this guide and is one of the ten agencies in it. We did not put ourselves first. Every entry, ours included, is described only from what the agency says on its own website, checked in October 2026. We have no referral or commercial arrangement with any other firm listed. If something here is out of date, write to us through the contact page and we will fix it.
This page is broader than our LinkedIn ghostwriting agencies in India list. That one covers firms that write LinkedIn posts. This one covers the wider personal branding market: agencies that also handle PR, websites, Instagram, YouTube, Google Knowledge Panels or patient acquisition.
Five kinds of personal branding agency in India
Before comparing names, decide which model you are buying. Most bad agency experiences we hear about come from hiring the wrong model, not the wrong firm.
| Model | What you actually get | Main channels | Usually right for |
|---|---|---|---|
| LinkedIn-led ghostwriting studio | Weekly posts in your voice, profile rewrite, often commenting and DM triage | LinkedIn first | B2B founders and CXOs who want inbound conversations |
| Multi-platform content agency | Content across several social channels, sometimes website and SEO | Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, web | Founders and creators selling to consumers |
| PR-led reputation firm | Media features, interviews, podcasts, awards, bylines | Press, podcasts, events | CXOs who need third-party credibility |
| Positioning consultant or coach | Strategy, profile, frameworks, often coaching you to post yourself | Consultants and coaches with time to write | |
| Healthcare marketing agency | Website, local SEO, reviews, patient education content | Google, Instagram, YouTube | Doctors and clinics that need local patients |
How we built this list
- Scope. Firms that sell personal branding to individuals (founders, executives, professionals) and serve Indian clients. Agencies that only do company brand work were left out.
- Verification. We opened each firm's own website in October 2026 to confirm it exists and to record its services, listed locations and any public pricing. Where we relied on a directory listing, we say so.
- What we could not check. We did not hire these firms, read private client work or speak to their customers. Client logos, follower counts and "brands built" figures on agency sites are their own claims; we have not repeated them as fact.
- Overlap. Some firms also appear on our India ghostwriting list. The descriptions here focus on their wider branding offer.
- Order. The table is alphabetical. The sections after it group firms by best fit, not by quality.

Shortlist by best fit
Best for funded founders who want LinkedIn to produce conversations
Gliped. Founded by Prabal Lakhotiya, whom the site describes as a growth strategist and LinkedIn Top Voice for personal branding. The offer combines personal branding, growth work, social media management and website development, aimed at entrepreneurs, SME owners, early-stage founders, executives and job seekers (site). Useful if you also need a personal website and want one vendor.
Postlit Media. Our entry. A LinkedIn-first studio run by Dr. Banpreet Kaur (a doctor who moved into content) and Deepanshu Udhwani (ex-MakeMyTrip engineer who grew his own LinkedIn from zero to 300K+ average impressions per post). The work starts with a 45-minute monthly voice interview and produces 3 to 5 human-written posts a week, with positioning, profile work, daily engagement on your buyers' posts and a monthly report. Instagram, YouTube and X are offered as secondary channels; our Instagram work includes content strategy for Technical Guruji and brand management for Jack Delosa (see case studies). Prices are not published.
Best for CXOs at large companies
Luminary. A LinkedIn branding firm for CXOs, founders and senior leaders that states it was set up in 2026, with offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi. Its offer is narrow on purpose: profile rewrites (headline, About, Experience), 2 to 4 ghostwritten posts a week and a defined point of view for each leader (site). Young firm, so ask for references.
GrowedIn. Splits its offer by audience: executives (visibility and leadership progression) and enterprise teams (brand awareness, employer branding, lead generation), alongside solopreneurs. Services are LinkedIn branding, profile writing and ghostwriting. The site lists Singapore, the USA, Bangalore, Delhi NCR and Dubai, with a registered office in Ahmedabad (site). A fit when several leaders in one company need a coordinated program.
BharatCXO. A Mumbai media platform and community for India's C-suite rather than a writing agency. It manages PR and brand image for CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and founders, and supports it with blogs, video, interviews and podcasts (site). Choose this route if press and peer recognition matter more than weekly posting.
Best for doctors
Doctors should first decide whether the goal is local patients or professional standing. They need different agencies, and India's medical council rules on self-promotion apply to both, so ask any agency how it handles them before signing.
Bud. A Bangalore agency (with a Chennai branch) whose doctor marketing page covers websites with SEO, paid search, social media, email, blogs, patient stories and video (site). This is patient-acquisition marketing, not LinkedIn thought leadership.
Postlit Media. Relevant here because our co-founder trained as a doctor and writes for doctors on LinkedIn, where the audience is referring physicians, hospital leadership, healthtech founders and conference organizers rather than local patients. See our page for doctors.
Best for consultants, coaches and service founders
Personal Branding Empire. Run by Sid Arora around his "30/90 Positioning System". The site describes profile rewrites built as sales funnels, weekly content, a 90-day client acquisition roadmap, workshops and coaching, for founders, CXOs, coaches, consultants, speakers and investors. It also states that if there is no traction in 90 days, the fourth month is not charged (site). A directory lists it in Pune; the site itself does not state a city.
Best for budget certainty
Ohh My Brand. Co-founded by Bhavik Sarkhedi and Sahil Gandhi, registered in Ilford, UK. Instead of a retainer, it sells a one-time "Complete Journey" package at $900 covering a 9 to 12 month branding roadmap, a LinkedIn revamp, personal website direction and Google Knowledge Panel guidance (site). You execute after the handover.
The Wise Idiot. A Mumbai content marketing agency focused on BFSI, SaaS, VC and fintech that publishes its LinkedIn ghostwriting fee: ₹50,000 plus tax a month (site). Rare in India, and helpful if you need a number before the first call.
Best for branding, website and SEO under one roof
Jigsawkraft. An Ahmedabad digital marketing agency (with a listed US address in Iselin, New Jersey) offering personal branding alongside content, SEO, social media management and website development. It prices by scope and publishes a detailed India personal branding cost guide, which we also cite in our ghostwriting cost guide.
How to choose
| If your goal is | Hire this model | Ask them to show you |
|---|---|---|
| Inbound B2B conversations | LinkedIn-led studio | DMs or meetings that came from posts, not just impressions |
| Fundraising visibility | LinkedIn-led studio, possibly plus PR | Investor-facing posts written for other founders |
| Media standing as a CXO | PR-led firm | Recent placements in outlets your board reads |
| Local patients | Healthcare marketing agency | Google reviews and enquiry growth for a similar clinic |
| One-time reset, then do it yourself | Consultant | A before-and-after profile and the roadmap document |
Four checks apply whatever you pick:
- Who does the writing. Meet that person, not only the founder who sold you.
- AI policy in writing. LinkedIn launched a "seems like AI slop" report button on 30 July 2026, and Fortune reported that generic LLM-written posts see around 40% fewer views (Fortune). An agency that cannot explain where AI sits in its process is a risk to your name.
- No guarantees on followers or reach. Nobody controls distribution. One firm's money-back style pledge is fine if the terms are written down; a promise of a follower number is not.
- Budget against the market. Indian LinkedIn retainers commonly start around ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 a month, with ₹1 lakh or more for senior leaders (Gliped). Use our cost calculator to sanity-check quotes.
How Postlit works with founders, CXOs and doctors
We are LinkedIn-first. A founder gives us one 45-minute voice interview a month, about 20 minutes a week approving drafts, and replies to the warm DMs we flag: under two hours a month in total. First posts usually go live within two weeks. Impressions and profile views typically move within 30 to 45 days; inbound conversations typically start from month two or three of consistent posting. We take one client per category, so we will not write for your direct competitor.
To start, fill the short form on our contact page; it reaches us on WhatsApp or email. A founder replies, usually within a few hours IST, with a written free LinkedIn teardown: the three changes we would make first. If it looks like a fit, we scope the engagement on a 30-minute call.

Frequently asked questions
Which is the best personal branding agency in India?
No single agency is best for everyone. B2B founders usually get the most from a LinkedIn-led studio, large-company CXOs often need PR-led media work, and doctors seeking local patients need a healthcare marketing agency. Decide the model first, shortlist two or three firms of that type, and compare their actual writing and terms.
How much does a personal branding agency cost in India?
Most Indian agencies do not publish prices. Published market guides put LinkedIn-focused retainers at roughly ₹40,000 to ₹1,20,000 a month, with ₹1 lakh or more for senior leaders. Exceptions that publish: The Wise Idiot lists ₹50,000 plus tax a month for LinkedIn ghostwriting, and Ohh My Brand lists a one-time $900 package.
What is the difference between a personal branding agency and a PR agency?
A personal branding agency usually builds your own channels: your LinkedIn profile, posts in your voice, sometimes Instagram or a personal website. A PR firm earns you coverage on other people's channels: press features, interviews, podcasts and awards. Founders chasing pipeline usually start with their own channels; CXOs who need third-party credibility often add PR.
Is there a personal branding agency for doctors in India?
Yes, in two kinds. Healthcare marketing agencies such as Bud focus on websites, local SEO and social content that bring patients to a clinic. LinkedIn-led studios such as Postlit Media, whose co-founder trained as a doctor, focus on professional standing with peers, hospitals and healthtech. Either should explain how it handles medical council rules on self-promotion.
Should I choose a LinkedIn-only agency or a multi-platform one?
If you sell to businesses, LinkedIn is usually where your buyers, investors and hires already are, so a LinkedIn-first agency gives more focus per rupee. If you sell to consumers or want to build an audience, Instagram and YouTube matter more and a multi-platform agency fits better. Many founders start on one channel and add another later.
Why is Postlit Media included in its own list?
We compete for the same clients, so leaving ourselves out would be odd and hiding it would be worse. We disclose it at the top, did not rank ourselves first, and described every agency, including Postlit, only from its own public information. Judge our entry by the same checks as the others.
