Disclosure
Postlit Media publishes this guide and is listed in it. Postlit is not ranked first. Every description, ours included, comes from the agency's own website as we found it in October 2026, and prices appear only where the agency publishes them itself. We have no commercial relationship with any other agency here. Spot an error? Tell us via the contact page.
If you are only looking at India-based firms, our India ghostwriting agency list goes deeper on that market.
How we chose these nine
- Scope. Agencies that write LinkedIn posts for founders or executives as a done-for-you service, with clients in the US, UK or India.
- Verification. We read each agency's homepage and, where one existed, its pricing page. We also used a published comparison by a competing agency, Understory, only to find candidates, then checked each one on its own site.
- Pricing rule. If a price did not appear on the agency's own site when we checked, the table says "not published", even when third-party lists quote one.
- What we did not do. We did not hire these agencies or speak to their clients. We left out firms we could not verify on their own website, freelancer marketplace listings, and software tools.
- No ranking. The table is alphabetical. The sections after it group agencies by the founder each one suits.

Agencies by best fit
Early-stage founders on a tight budget
Windmill Growth (New York). Pitches a done-for-you setup where it handles strategy, writing, posting and replies, and the founder's main commitment is a weekly call. Its published Growth plan is $650 a month and is described as built for pre-seed to Series B founders who need visibility first; a LinkedIn Outbound plan is $999 a month and Founder OS, which runs content and outbound as one channel, is $3,999 a month (site). The lowest published monthly entry point on this list.
Ohh My Brand (UK-registered, Indian co-founders Bhavik Sarkhedi and Sahil Gandhi). Not a retainer. Its $900 one-time "Complete Journey" covers a branding roadmap, a LinkedIn revamp, website direction and Google Knowledge Panel guidance (site). Right for a founder who writes well but needs positioning first.
B2B SaaS founders who want LinkedIn and ads under one roof
Stop The Scroll. A LinkedIn-only agency for B2B founders and executives. Its pricing page lists LinkedIn Content at $2,950 a month for one profile, $5,950 for a founder plus one executive, and $13,950 for five profiles, month to month, with LinkedIn Ads ($2,950 plus spend) and Video ($1,950) as add-ons (pricing). It says posts are written by people, and approvals take about 10 to 20 minutes a month in one queue.
BAMF. Builds LinkedIn personal brands for founders, with pages aimed at SaaS founders, agency owners, consultants and executives, and says it offers transparent pricing and no long-term contracts (site). We could not see figures on the pages we checked, so ask for a written quote.
Founders who want content as part of a bigger marketing program
storyarb. A B2B content agency that turns subject-matter expert interviews into long-form assets, newsletters and social content; Alex Lieberman is listed as chairman. Its Executive tier, for executives building social thought leadership, is $4,999 a month with a six-month minimum and requires at least two executives (pricing). Better suited to a company program than a solo founder.
RevenueZen (Portland). Primarily a B2B SEO and generative engine optimization agency. LinkedIn thought leadership ghostwriting is included from its $10,000-a-month Scale tier (12 posts a month), rising to 20 posts with multiple executives at $12,000 (pricing). Worth it only if you are buying the SEO work anyway.
Concurate (India and Singapore). A content marketing agency for early-stage B2B SaaS companies covering SEO, GEO and knowledge bases, with LinkedIn ghostwriting for SaaS founders and brands as a separate service (site). Prices are not on its site.
Indian founders, and founders selling into India
The Wise Idiot (Mumbai). Finance-heavy content agency that publishes a LinkedIn ghostwriting price of ₹50,000 plus tax a month (site). A sensible benchmark when comparing Indian quotes.
Postlit Media. Our entry. LinkedIn-first, based in India and working with founders in India, the UAE, the US, the UK and Singapore. A 45-minute monthly voice interview feeds 3 to 5 human-written posts a week; we also handle daily commenting on your buyers' posts, connection strategy and DM triage, flagging warm conversations to you. AI is used for research and analytics, never for the words. One client per category. Co-founder Deepanshu Udhwani grew his own LinkedIn from zero to 300K+ average impressions per post, and our client Venture Voices went from a 1,500-follower base to 300K+ average impressions per post (case study). Prices are not published.
How to choose
- Decide what you are buying: posts or a channel. Posts-only services are cheaper. If you want meetings, someone has to comment on buyers' posts and work the DMs, and that costs more.
- Match the price to your stage. Published entry points here start at $650 a month; most founder-focused retainers in our cost guide sit between $1,500 and $5,000.
- Check the minimum term. storyarb lists six months on its Executive tier; Stop The Scroll and BAMF say month to month. A long minimum is fine only after a good trial.
- Test voice before scale. Ask for two paid sample posts from one interview. Our hiring guide explains how to run that test.
- Insist on human writing. Fortune reported that generic LLM-written LinkedIn posts see around 40% fewer views, and that LinkedIn's "AI slop" report button was used over a million times in its first two weeks (Fortune).
Questions to ask on a sales call
- Who writes my posts, how many other founders do they write for, and can I meet them before signing?
- What happens in the first two weeks, and when does my first post go live?
- How many minutes a week will you need from me, honestly?
- Do you post for me or send drafts? If you post, which approved scheduling tool do you use? (Never hand over your password.)
- Who replies to comments and DMs, and what do you escalate to me?
- What will the monthly report show, and which number do you expect to move first?
- Do you write for any of my competitors or investors' other portfolio companies in my space?
- Who owns the posts, interview recordings and voice notes if we stop?
- What is the notice period, and is there a minimum term?
- Can you show a founder whose results flattened, and what you changed?
How Postlit works with founders
Under two hours a month of your time: one 45-minute voice interview, about 20 minutes a week approving a batch of drafts, and replies to the warm DMs we flag. You approve every post. First posts usually go live within two weeks; impressions typically rise within 30 to 45 days and inbound conversations typically begin from month two or three. To start, send the short form on our contact page by WhatsApp or email and a founder will reply with a written free LinkedIn teardown, usually within a few hours IST. Frequently asked questions
What is the best LinkedIn ghostwriting agency for founders?
It depends on stage and budget. Pre-seed founders often start with a lower-cost plan such as Windmill Growth's published $650 a month tier; B2B founders who want ads too may prefer Stop The Scroll; companies with several executives may suit storyarb. Shortlist two or three, run a paid voice test, and compare written scope.
How much do LinkedIn ghostwriting agencies charge founders?
Among agencies that publish prices, founder plans start at $650 a month (Windmill Growth), sit around $2,950 to $4,999 for mid-to-premium single-founder or executive tiers (Stop The Scroll, storyarb), and reach $10,000 a month or more when LinkedIn is bundled with SEO (RevenueZen). In India, The Wise Idiot lists ₹50,000 plus tax a month.
Should a founder hire a ghostwriting agency or a freelancer?
A freelancer is usually cheaper and gives you one direct writer, which suits founders testing LinkedIn. An agency costs more but adds cover when a writer leaves, plus strategy, engagement and reporting. If you want LinkedIn to produce meetings rather than just posts, the engagement work tends to justify an agency.
How long before a LinkedIn ghostwriter gets results for a founder?
Expect first posts within two weeks, rising impressions and profile views within roughly 30 to 45 days, and inbound conversations typically from month two or three of consistent posting. Any agency that guarantees a follower count or lead number by a date is promising something nobody controls.
Is it acceptable for founders to use a LinkedIn ghostwriter?
Yes, as long as the ideas, stories and opinions are genuinely yours and you approve every post. Good ghostwriters interview you and write from your experience, much like a speechwriter. Problems come from generic AI-written posts that say nothing you believe, which readers increasingly spot and report.
