The short answer
Venture Voices, the podcast founded by Muskan Agrawal, grew from a 1,500-follower LinkedIn base to 300K+ average impressions per post with Postlit as content partner. One post reached 100,004 impressions in 11 hours, and the Kohli x Anushka Sharma founder post crossed 393,781 impressions.
The starting point
Venture Voices is a podcast about founders, led by founder Muskan Agrawal. Postlit co-founder Dr. Banpreet Kaur is the podcast's content partner. When the work began, the LinkedIn account had a base of about 1,500 followers.
A small base is a hard place to start on LinkedIn. Early posts reach mostly existing connections, and there is little history for the feed to learn from. Many podcasts respond by posting episode links and guest announcements, which rarely travel beyond people who already listen.
The goal
The aim was to make the Venture Voices LinkedIn account a channel in its own right: content that reaches founders and operators who have never heard the podcast, in a voice that sounds like Muskan rather than a media brand.
What we did
We applied Postlit's standard process. We are not publishing a post-by-post breakdown, so this section describes the method rather than specific tactics.
- Voice capture. Posts were built from conversations with Muskan, so the opinions and framing were hers.
- Positioning and pillars. The account was focused on a small set of themes around founders and their stories, rather than a feed of episode promotions.
- Human writing. Every post was written by people and approved by Muskan before publishing. AI was used for research and analytics only.
- Founder stories with broad appeal. Some posts connected founder lessons to people a wide audience already recognizes, such as the Kohli x Anushka Sharma founder post.
- Measure and iterate. We reviewed which posts performed and adjusted what came next.
The results
| Metric | Result |
|---|---|
| Starting base | About 1,500 followers |
| Average impressions per post | 300K+ |
| Fastest post | 100,004 impressions in 11 hours |
| Kohli x Anushka Sharma founder post | 393,781+ impressions |
The 11-hour figure is worth a second look. Reaching 100,004 impressions in under half a day means the post was being shown well beyond the account's own followers, quickly. That kind of early velocity usually comes from strong early engagement and a clear topic match, not from follower count.
In the founder's words
Muskan Agrawal, Founder, Venture Voices: "They understand founder-led content in a way most agencies don't. Every post sounds like me, not a template."
That second sentence is the part we care about most. Reach that comes from a voice the founder does not recognize is fragile. Reach that comes from her own opinions compounds.
What the numbers tell us
- Follower count is not the ceiling. A 1,500-follower base did not stop the account from averaging 300K+ impressions per post. The feed distributes posts by interest, not only by connection.
- Recognizable references widen the door. Linking founder lessons to names people already know can help a post travel to a wider audience, provided the lesson itself is substantive.
- Voice is the moat. Many accounts can copy a format. Nobody else can copy Muskan's point of view.
How Postlit's process applied here
The engagement followed the four steps we use with every LinkedIn client. First, a teardown of the existing account and a voice interview. Second, positioning, a profile aligned with that positioning and a 90-day plan. Third, a weekly cycle where we write and the founder approves. Fourth, engagement around the posts and a monthly review of what moved. None of these steps are unusual on their own. The difference is doing all four, every week, without skipping the parts that feel slow.
What a podcast or media brand can take from this
- Treat LinkedIn as its own channel, not a place to drop episode links.
- Put the founder's opinions at the center. A brand account says what happened. A founder says what she thinks about it.
- Use guests and big names as an entry point to a lesson, never as the lesson itself.
What this means for you
If you run a podcast, a newsletter, a fund or a young company with a small LinkedIn following, this is the pattern to study. You do not need a large base to start. You need a clear point of view, content written in your voice and the patience to post consistently.

For most clients, impressions and profile views typically rise within 30 to 45 days and inbound conversations typically begin in month 2 to 3. We do not guarantee viral posts.

Frequently asked questions
What is Venture Voices?
Venture Voices is a podcast focused on founders, led by founder Muskan Agrawal. Postlit Media co-founder Dr. Banpreet Kaur is its content partner, and Postlit worked on its LinkedIn content, growing the account from a 1,500-follower base to 300K+ average impressions per post.
Can a small LinkedIn account get high impressions?
Yes. LinkedIn distributes posts by topic and engagement, not only by follower count. Venture Voices started from about 1,500 followers and reached 300K+ average impressions per post. Results vary by niche and consistency, and no one can honestly guarantee specific numbers.
How fast can a LinkedIn post reach 100,000 impressions?
It varies widely. One Venture Voices post reached 100,004 impressions in 11 hours. Fast early reach usually reflects strong engagement in the first hours and a clear match between the post's topic and an interested audience, rather than the size of the account.
Did the posts sound like the founder?
Yes. Posts were built from conversations with Muskan Agrawal and approved by her before publishing. In her words, every post sounds like her, not a template. Postlit writes by hand, uses AI only for research and analytics, and never publishes a post the client has not approved.
