This policy explains what information Postlit Media ("we") collects when you use postlitmedia.com and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page views and site performance. These tools do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.
• Contact form. Our contact form does not send data to our servers. It composes a message that you send yourself from your own WhatsApp or email app. We then receive what you choose to send, such as your name, role, LinkedIn URL and notes.
• Free tools. Our LinkedIn tools run entirely in your browser. Text you type into them (for example a headline or About section) is not sent to us or to any third party.
• Email. If you email or WhatsApp us, we keep the conversation to reply and to manage any engagement.

How we use information

We use this information to run the website, reply to you, prepare for and hold calls, deliver services to clients, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.

Client work

Client materials, interview recordings, drafts and account access are confidential, used only to deliver the agreed services, and deleted or returned when an engagement ends, on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@postlitmedia.com.

We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
